Line of Credit Documents definition

Line of Credit Documents means the promissory notes and other agreements evidencing the Line of Credit Obligations.

Line of Credit Documents means the following documents executed in conjunction with and supporting this Agreement: (i) the Note and (ii) the Security Agreement. All of the Line of Credit Documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Line of Credit Documents means this Agreement, the Line of Credit Note and the Security Agreement.

Examples of Line of Credit Documents in a sentence

• The provisions of this Agreement are not intended to be superseded by the provisions of the Line of Credit Documents executed in conjunction with this Agreement but shall be construed as supplemental thereto.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions hereof and the Line of Credit Documents, it is intended that this Agreement shall control.

• No remedy conferred upon or reserved to Lender under this Agreement shall be exclusive of any other available remedy or remedies, but each and every such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given under this Agreement, the Line of Credit Documents, or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute.

• Borrower shall furnish to Lender with reasonable promptness such data and information, financial and otherwise, concerning Borrower as from time to time may reasonably be requested by Lender for purposes of administering compliance with the Line of Credit Documents.

• There shall be no sharing of losses, costs and expenses between Borrower and Lender, and Lender shall have no right of control or supervision except as Lender may exercise Lender’s rights and remedies provided hereunder and in the Line of Credit Documents.

More Definitions of Line of Credit Documents

Line of Credit Documents means this Agreement and the Triangle Notes, as defined below.

Line of Credit Documents means this Agreement, the Note, the Resolution and all other documents, agreements, certificates, schedules, notes, statements, and opinions, however described, referenced herein or executed or delivered pursuant hereto or in connection with or arising with the Line of Credit or the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.

Line of Credit Documents shall refer to this Agreement and the Note. All of the Line of Credit Documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Line of Credit Documents means the documents governing the additional line of credit obligations of the Debtors as described in the Prepetition Secured Credit Agreement.

Line of Credit Documents means the following documents executed in conjunction with and supporting this Agreement: (i) Line of Credit (ii) the Note (iii) Mills Line of Equity I, and (iv) Mills line of Equity II. All of the Line of Credit Documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Line of Credit Documents means the loan documents executed by the Authority in connection with the establishment of Line of Credit Facilities pursuant to the Legislation.

Line of Credit Documents. THE LINE OF CREDIT AGREEMENT AND ALL INSTRUMENTS, AGREEMENTS, AND DOCUMENTS EXECUTED OR DELIVERED BY BORROWER TO BANK IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, AND ALL AMENDMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, RENEWALS, REPLACEMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO OR THEREOF, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR CONTEMPLATED OR HEREAFTER ENTERED INTO OR DELIVERED, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS PURSUANT TO WHICH BANK SHALL MAKE ADDITIONAL CREDIT ACCOMMODATIONS OR AMENDING THE NATURE OR TERM OF THE CREDIT FACILITIES PROVIDED THEREUNDER.
