Examples of Line Request in a sentence

  • With respect to any Borrowing Date, the Borrower may deliver only a single Swing Line Request to the Administrative Agent.

  • Any Swing Line Request, once delivered to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement, shall be irrevocable.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received a Revolving Credit Request, Swing Line Request or L/C Request in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Borrower shall give Bank not less than 3 Business Days prior written notice of a proposed advance of the Line (each a "Line Request").

  • Each Line Request shall (i) state the use of the proceeds of the Line being requested (including the real estate project to which such use relates), (ii) contain a description of the economics of such real estate project, and (iii) contain such other information as Bank may request in the exercise of its reasonable discretion.

  • All representations and warranties of Borrower contained herein or in the Loan Documents shall be true at and as of the date of such advance as if made on such date, and each Line Request shall constitute reaffirmation by Borrower that such representations and warranties are then true.

  • For Swingline Loans, each Lender shall make its Commitment Percentage of each advance available to Agent, for the account of the Borrower, in funds immediately available to Agent at Agent’s designated office on the Business Day next succeeding the date specified in the applicable Line Request.

  • All representations and warranties of the Credit Parties contained herein or in the Loan Documents shall be true at and as of the date of such advance as if made on such date, and each Line Request shall constitute reaffirmation by the Credit Parties that such representations and warranties are then true.

Related to Line Request

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • LC Request a request for issuance of a Letter of Credit, to be provided by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank, in form satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank.

  • Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.

  • Facility Increase Request means the notice in the form of Exhibit H pursuant to which the Borrowers request an increase of the Maximum Commitment in accordance with Section 3.6.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Revolving Credit Borrowing Request means a request made pursuant to Section 2.4 in the form of Exhibit B-4.

  • Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of a Competitive Loan or concurrent Competitive Loans from the Lender or Lenders whose Competitive Bids for such Borrowing have been accepted under the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Bid Request means a written request for one or more Bid Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • Competitive Bid Request means a request by the Borrower for Competitive Bids in accordance with Section 2.04.

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
