Linked Fund definition

Linked Fund means a collective investment vehicle or investment portfolio managed or advised by the Fund Manager and investing in parallel with the Fund, as described in Article 18;
Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained by the Transferor prior to the Effective Date or by the Transferee following the Effective Date for the purpose of calculating benefits payable under Unit-Linked Policies (including such a fund maintained for the purpose of calculating benefits linked to the value of external unit trusts);
Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained by the Transferor or the Transferee (as the context requires) for the purposes of calculating benefits payable under Linked Policies;

Examples of Linked Fund in a sentence

  • In case there are more than one Unit Linked Funds, the cancellation of Units will be effected, in the same proportion as the aggregate value of the Units held in each Unit Linked Fund, unless specified otherwise by the Policyholder and accepted by the Company.

  • You may change the investment pattern of the available units in your account by switching from one Unit Linked Fund to another (in whole or in part).

  • We reserve the right to alter or delete any of the terms and conditions of the Policy, including the Benefits, charges other than those charges which are specifically stated to remain unchanged in this Policy, the method, manner and timing of levy or recovery of the charges or valuation of the investments and / or assets of the Unit Linked Fund and / or determination of the Unit Price, with the prior approval of Authority.

  • The amount credited shall be utilized for purchase of Units at the applicable NAV in the Unit Linked Fund offered by us in respect of this policy.

  • Discretion:We reserve the right to review, revise, delete and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this policy, including without limitation the Benefits, the Charges other than those charges which are specifically stated to remain unchanged in this policy, the method, manner and timing of levy or recovery of the Charges or valuation of the investments and / or assets of the Unit Linked Fund and / or determination of the Unit Price, with the prior approval of Authority.


More Definitions of Linked Fund

Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained by NPLL prior to the Transfer Date or by PLAL prior to or following the Transfer Date for the purpose of calculating benefits payable under Linked Policies (including such a fund maintained for the purpose of calculating benefits linked to the value of external unit trusts);
Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained by the Transferor prior to the Effective Date or by the Transferee following the Effective Date for the purpose of calculating benefits payable under Linked Policies and in relation to which IFS Unit Linked Policies are invested, being those internal linked funds set out in Schedule 2;
Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained for the purposes of calculating directly or indirectly benefits payable under Linked Policies other than benefits determined by reference to the value of With-Profits Units (and any bonuses attaching to them);

Linked Fund means an internal linked fund maintained by RLPPC prior to the Effective Date, or by Royal London prior to or following the Effective Date, for the purpose of calculating benefits payable under Linked Policies;
Linked Fund an internal linked fund maintained by PLAL prior to the Effective Date or by RL prior to or following the Effective Date for the purpose of calculating benefits payable under Linked Policies;
