Examples of Liquidation Payment in a sentence
Payments of Distributions pursuant to Section 4.01 in respect of the Trust Common Securities, and payment of the Redemption Price of or Liquidation Payment on the Trust Common Securities, shall be made in such manner as shall be mutually agreed between the Property Trustee and the Holder of the Trust Common Securities.
Such notice shall state a distribution or payment date, the amount of the Liquidation Payment and the place where the Liquidation Payment shall be distributable or payable.
