Liquidation Servicer Agreement definition

Liquidation Servicer Agreement means the letter agreement, dated as of April 18, 2006, between the Liquidation Servicer and the Trustee, attached as Schedule 4 to the Servicing Agreement.

  • Within sixty (60) days following the Initial Borrowing Date, cause the Liquidation Servicer to complete the Master Servicer Site Review and the review of the Master Servicer’s Standby Liquidation System, in each case in accordance with the Liquidation Servicer Agreement.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
