Liquidity Facility Commitment definition

Liquidity Facility Commitment means €8,000,000 subject to cancellation or reduction under the Liquidity Facility Agreement for the Commitment Period.
Liquidity Facility Commitment. Funded and unfunded commitments under (i) the Liquidity Facility Loan Agreement and (ii) any Liquidity Test Commitments.
