Liquor Authority definition

Liquor Authority. As defined in Section 41.13(a).
Liquor Authority means any Governmental Authority, whether now or hereafter in existence, or any officer or official thereof, but only to the extent that such Governmental Authority, or any officer or official thereof, possesses the authority to regulate the sale, distribution and possession of alcoholic beverages at the Property.
Liquor Authority has the meaning specified in Section 11.20(a).

  • Licensee must ensure free and open public access to any outdoor seating areas, provided however that access to any outdoor seating area where alcoholic beverages are served may be restricted to comply with Section 10.8 of this License Agreement and the requirements of the New York State Liquor Authority or other agency having jurisdiction.

Liquor Authority has the meaning set forth in Section 13.13(a).
