Licensee must ensure free and open public access to any outdoor seating areas, provided however that access to any outdoor seating area where alcoholic beverages are served may be restricted to comply with Section 10.8 of this License Agreement and the requirements of the New York State Liquor Authority or other agency having jurisdiction.
