List of Parties. Avante shall maintain a comprehensive written list (the "List") of parties (the "Parties") developed by Avante and the Company, which may be potential Parties to any Transaction involving the Company. For items that are serialized within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier; the original part, lot, or batch number; and the serial number.

  • Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.
