Listing Data definition

Listing Data means the multiple listing data specified in Exhibit A.
Listing Data means all data and content, including without limitation, all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, and pricing information submitted by Participant to MLS with respect to a Listing, other than an Exempted Listing
Listing Data means the text, data and digital images, and digital content in any form now known or hereafter discovered, that real estate licensees or their unlicensed employees have collected and compiled. Listing Data includes, but is not limited to, information about (1) real property characteristics or marketability, (2) the terms and conditions upon which (a) real property is offered for sale, (b) has sold, or (c) on which other brokers and agents are invited to cooperate in the marketing of property, or (3) a real estate licensee’s contact information.

Examples of Listing Data in a sentence

  • Multiple Listing Organization and _QuickTours Real Estate Marketing (“Technology Provider”) entered into a Data Access Agreement (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto, pursuant to which Multiple Listing Organization delivers Listing Data to Technology Provider via Trestle for use in Technology Provider’s Product.

  • Multiple Listing Organization shall provide via Trestle the data feed of Listing Data identified and in the manner set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Technology Provider is authorized to use the Listing Data in connection with the Product.

  • All Participants Technology Provider shall not resell, redistribute, or make any other commercial or personal use of the Listing Data.

  • Accordingly, Technology Provider agrees that in the event Technology Provider or its employees, agents, or contractors, disclose any password to access the Listing Data or disclose the Listing Data itself to any unauthorized third party, Technology Provider shall be liable to Multiple Listing Organization for liquidated damages in the amount of 20000.00 for each such disclosure and termination of this Agreement.

  • Technology Provider acknowledges that damages suffered by Multiple Listing Organization from access to the Listing Data by an unauthorized third party as a result of disclosure of any passwords or an unauthorized disclosure of the Listing Data to a third party would be speculative and difficult to quantify.

  • Multiple Listing Organization may, at its sole option: (i) immediately terminate this Agreement and refund to Technology Provider any advance fees paid for Listing Data that has not yet been delivered; or (ii) continue the Agreement and deliver the Listing Data to Technology Provider directly.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Multiple Listing Organization may immediately suspend Technology Provider’s license to use the Listing Data if Technology Provider breaches this Agreement.

  • If Technology Provider obtains Listing Data directly from Multiple Listing Organization pursuant to a separate agreement as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the commencement of recurring fees under this Agreement may be delayed until such time any prepaid fees under the separate agreement are exhausted.

  • If Technology Provider is permitted to provide the Product only to Authorized Broker(s) (i.e., Section 3.3(a) is selected above), then the data feed of Listing Data shall not commence until the first Authorized Broker.


More Definitions of Listing Data

Listing Data means SMLS real estate listings and associated photographs, images and information that SMLS has compiled.
Listing Data means any data and other information that is intended for use in listing the Listed Property and is a Deliverable; and

Related to Listing Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs); operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Listings means information identifying the listed names of subscribers of carriers and subscribers’ telephone numbers, addresses or primary advertising classification or any combination, and that carrier or affiliate has published, caused to be published or accepted for publication in any directory format.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;
