Litigation Distribution Schedule means the distribution of Litigation Claims Proceeds by the Litigation Trust in the following manner and order:

  • Upon dissolution of the Litigation Trust, any remaining Litigation Trust Assets shall be distributed in accordance with the Litigation Trust Agreement (which shall include the Litigation Distribution Schedule).
