Examples of Living Holders in a sentence
Distributions in reduction of the Class A Principal Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates will be made in integral multiples of $1,000 at the request of the appropriate representatives of Deceased Holders of such Class and at the request of Living Holders of such Class or by mandatory distributions by random lot, pursuant to clauses (a) and (d) below, or on a pro rata basis pursuant to clause (f) below.
Distributions in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of any Class of Special Retail Certificates will be made in integral multiples of $1,000 at the request of the appropriate representatives of Deceased Holders of Certificates of such Class and at the request of Living Holders of Certificates of such Class or by mandatory distributions, pursuant to Section 4.06(a) and Section 4.06(d).
