LLC Points definition

LLC Points means, as of any date, with respect to a Member, the number of LLC Points of such Member as set forth on Schedule A hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, and as in effect on such date.

Examples of LLC Points in a sentence

Related to LLC Points

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Greenhouse Gas means carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
