LMIR Rate definition

LMIR Rate means for any day during any Interest Period, the one month Eurodollar rate for Dollar deposits as reported on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page or any other page that may replace such page from time to time for the purpose of displaying offered rates of leading banks for London interbank deposits in Dollars, as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such day, or if such day is not a LIBOR Business Day, then the immediately preceding LIBOR Business Day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Administrative Agent from another recognized source for interbank quotation), in each case, changing when and as such rate changes. If the calculation of the LMIR Rate results in a LMIR Rate of less than zero (0), the LMIR Rate shall be deemed to be zero (0) for all purposes hereunder.
LMIR Rate. , for any day, shall mean the rate for one month U.S. dollar deposits as reported on the page of the Reuters Screen which displays an average British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rate (such page currently being LIBOR01 page) as of 11:00 a.m., London time (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of one percent (1%)), on such day, or if such day is not a London business day, then the immediately preceding London business day (or if not so reported, then as determined by Bank from another recognized source or interbank quotation).
LMIR Rate for any day, shall mean the rate for one month U.S. dollar deposits as reported on the page of the Reuters Screen which displays an average British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rate (such page currently being LIBOR01 page) as of 11:00 a.m., London time (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of one percent (1%)), on such day, or if such day is not a London business day, then the immediately preceding London business day (or if not so reported, then as determined by Bank from another recognized source or interbank quotation).

Examples of LMIR Rate in a sentence

  • Except as provided in Section 2.12(b), interest shall be charged at the rate based upon the LMIR Rate.

  • Except as provided in Section 2.6(c), all Obligations (except for undrawn Letters of Credit) shall bear interest on the Daily Balance thereof at a per annum rate equal to the LMIR Rate plus the LMIR Rate Margin.

More Definitions of LMIR Rate

LMIR Rate means a rate of interest equal to LIBOR Market Index-Based Rate.

LMIR Rate means, at any time of determination, a rate of interest per annum determined by the Agent by reference to the following formula, which rate shall be adjusted (without notice to the Borrowers) as of the first Business Day of each calendar month:

LMIR Rate or “LIBOR Market Index Rate” means, for any date, the rate for one month Dollar deposits as reported on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page (or any successor page) as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on such day, or if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding Business Day (or if not so reported, then as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent from another recognized source or interbank quotation). If such rate is below zero, the LMIR Rate shall be deemed to be zero.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Dow Xxxxx Market Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “LIBO Rate” with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, on any day, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate of interest announced by a commercial Canadian bank selected by the Lender and in effect as its base rate at its principal office in Toronto, Ontario on such day for determining interest rates on Dollar demand commercial loans in Canada, and (b) the sum of the Federal Funds (Effective) Rate plus 0.50% per annum.

  • Base Rate means a fluctuating interest rate per annum in effect from time to time, which rate per annum shall at all times be equal to the highest of:

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.
