Free Trading means that (a) the Exchange Shares have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.
Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix.
Late Trading means the illegal practice of pricing a purchase or redemption order for shares of an open-end Fund with the current day share price even though the order is received after the pricing time established in the Fund’s prospectus. Late trading often involves a coordinated effort by the investor and a broker or service provider for the Fund.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having less funds on the Client Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.
JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.
Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.
Non-Trading Operation means any operation involving the deposit of funds, withdrawal from a Client's Account or the provision (return) of Credit.
Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.
Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.
Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.
Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.
Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.
organised trading facility or ‘OTF’ means a multilateral system which is not a regulated market or an MTF and in which multiple third-party buying and selling interests in bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances or derivatives are able to interact in the system in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;
algorithmic trading means trading in financial instruments where a computer algorithm automatically determines individual parameters of orders such as whether to initiate the order, the timing, price or quantity of the order or how to manage the order after its submission, with limited or no human intervention. This definition does not include any system that is only used for the purpose of routing orders to one or more trading venues or for the confirmation of orders;
VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.
Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
Insider Trading means the use of Material Non-Public Information to trade in a Security (whether or not one is an Access Person) or the communication of Material Non-Public Information to others. Insider Trading generally includes:
Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.
External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.
Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.
Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.
Abnormal Market Conditions means conditions contrary to Normal Markets Conditions e.g. when there is low liquidity in the market or rapid price movements in the market or Price Gaps.
