LNG Truck Loading Service definition

LNG Truck Loading Service means the service consisting of loading by the Terminal Operator of the Client’s Shipper’s LNG into the Client’s Trailer the LNG Terminal in accordance with the provisions of this LNG Access Code for LNG Truck Loading.

  • This LTL comprises the provisions contained herein, together with the LNG Truck Loading Service Confirmation Form and the LNG Truck Approval Service Confirmation Form (the “Service Confirmation”) in Attachment A, the general conditions contained in Attachment B (the “General Conditions”) which shall all form an integral part of this LTL.

  • The Monthly Capacity Charge for LNG Truck Loading Services amounts to one (1) divided by the Service Term (expressed in Months) multiplied by the LNG Truck Loading Service Right during the relevant Contract Year multiplied by the applicable Regulated Tariff as approved by CREG.

  • Such optional service, consisting of the cooling down of the Client’s Trailer by the Terminal Operator in order to meet the Specifications outlined in ACTL 3.3, requested in advance by the Client, is provided by the Terminal Operator only with and immediately prior to the LNG Truck Loading Service.

  • The receipt of any payment item by Agent (whether from transfers to Agent by the Irish Cash Management Banks pursuant to the Irish Cash Management Agreements or otherwise) shall not be considered a payment on account unless such payment item is a wire transfer of immediately available federal funds made to the Agent's Account or unless and until such payment item is honored when presented for payment.

  • The first LNG Truck Loading Service operation at the LNG Truck Loading Station shall be considered as a Truck Loading Test of the Client’s Trailer.

  • The Monthly Capacity Charge for the following Month will be estimated as one (1) divided by the Service Term (expressed in Months with a maximum of 12 Months) multiplied by the LNG Truck Loading Service Rights during the relevant Contract Year multiplied by the applicable Regulated Tariff.

  • Provided that the market for LNG Truck Loading is in development at the time of establishing this ACTL, the Terminal Operator, in addition to the provisions already included in ACTL 2.3, will establish on a monthly basis a continuous monitoring towards the CREG regarding the capacity utilisation of the LNG Truck Loading Service (including for example the level of LNG Truck Loading Services sold, effective use of LNG Truck Loading Services, number of requests for LNG Truck Loading Services, etc...).

  • This LNG Truck Loading Assistance Service becomes mandatory if Client schedules a LNG Truck Loading Service with a Non-Authorised Driver.

  • LNG Truck Loading Service Right means the number of LNG Truck Loading Service Starting Hours, to which Client is entitled to book for the duration of this service as specified in the Service Confirmation Form.

  • The Monthly Capacity Charge for the following Month will be estimated as one (1) divided by the Service Term (expressed in Months) multiplied by the LNG Truck Loading Service Right during the relevant Contract Year multiplied by the applicable Regulated Tariff.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
