LNP definition

LNP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.1.1.
LNP means the ability of users of Telecommunications Services to retain, at the same location, existing telephone numbers without impairment of quality, reliability, or convenience when switching from one Telecommunications Carrier to another.
