Load Asset definition

Load Asset means the asset or assets assigned to the Provider in the ISO-NE Market System (or its successor) by the ISO-NE that represents the obligations of Provider’s Share of Retail SOS Customer Load.
Load Asset means the term as used in the New England Markets.
Load Asset means a physical Load that has been registered in accordance with ISO “Load Asset Registration Processin effect from time to time.

  • The Supplier(s) shall be responsible for all obligations, requirements, and costs associated with the Supplier(s) having the Load Asset Ownership Share which shall include but not be limited to the day-ahead load obligations and real-time load obligations at the nodes/zones of each Load Asset.

  • Once a Supplier’s obligation terminates, National Grid will terminate the Supplier’s Ownership Share of a Load Asset.

Load Asset means the asset or assets assigned to the Provider in the NMISA Market System (or its successor) by NMISA that represents the obligations of Provider’s Share of Standard Offer Service.
Load Asset is defined in Section 5.15(b).
Load Asset means a physical load that has been registered in accordance with the Asset Registration Process. Load Management means installed measures (e.g., products, equipment, systems, services, practices and/or strategies) on end-use customer facilities that curtail electrical usage or shift electrical usage from Demand Resource On-Peak Hours, Demand Resource Seasonal Peak Hours, or Real-Time Demand Response Event Hours to other hours and reduce the amount of capacity needed, while delivering a comparable or acceptable level of end-use service. Such measures include, but are not limited to, energy management systems, load control end-use cycling, load curtailment strategies, chilled water storage, and other forms of electricity storage.
Load Asset means a physical load that has been registered in accordance with the Asset Registration Process.

Related to Load Asset

  • Fixed Asset means a tangible non-current asset, including buildings and equipment, acquired not for sale but for use for the Project during the Eligible Expenditure Period;

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that is designed to run primarily on only one fuel at a time; however, the simultaneous use of both fuels is permitted in limited amount and duration.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.

  • Specified Asset as defined in subsection 4.2.2 hereof.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.
