Customer Facilities definition

Customer Facilities has the meaning set out in clause 6.2;
Customer Facilities means any and all equipment, elements, and facilities of any kind whatsoever owned by a customer that are relevant to a connection;
Customer Facilities means the facilities either owned by OMPA orfacilities for which OMPA has contributed to the cost of construction and that areidentified on Attachment A hereto. (No longer applicable)

More Definitions of Customer Facilities

Customer Facilities. Means the equipment to be supplied by the Customer to allow for the attachment of IGL Facilities for the delivery of Natural Gas to the Customer, installed in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, standards and codes.
Customer Facilities means the communication line, modem connection or other facilities, software, hardware or equipment used by Customer for the transmission and/or receipt of any information sent electronically or by telephone in connection with the Services.
