Loading Provisions definition

Loading Provisions means the terms and conditions of Buyer’s transportation contracts or excerpts thereof that Seller has reviewed and approved. The Loading Provisions are further described in Section 4.04 and attached as Exhibit A.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.
