Loan Guaranty Agreement. The Loan Guaranty Agreement (Deferred Participation) (SBA Form 750) dated August 13, 1980 between the SBA and The Money Store Investment Corporation, as such agreement may be amended from time to time, or such Loan Guaranty Agreement as applicable to a successor to the Servicer, as the case may be.
Loan Guaranty Agreement means a SBA Form 750, SBA Form 3506, or SBA Form 3507, as applicable, executed by an approved lender under the SBA’s PPP Loan Program Requirements or Section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)).

  • Loan Guaranty means Article X of this Agreement.
