Loan Segment definition

Loan Segment means the Base Rate Loan Segment or a Fixed Rate Loan Segment.
Loan Segment shall have the meaning indicated in the particular Note for a Loan.

  • In the event Borrower should desire to price a Loan Segment using an Index, Pricing Date and margin other than as provided for herein, Borrower may request Lender to quote a rate and lock-in fee for an identified principal amount and desired pricing option.

As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Loan means an extension of credit by a Lender to the Borrower under Article II in the form of a Committed Loan or a Swing Line Loan.

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Principal Prepayment Any payment of principal or other recovery on a Mortgage Loan, including a recovery that takes the form of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount as to interest representing scheduled interest on such payment due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months commencing on the Closing Date and on each anniversary thereof.
