Loan Servicing Agreement definition

Loan Servicing Agreement means the Amended and Restated Loan Servicing and Administration Agreement to be entered into by and between SLM BankCo and Navient or their respective Subsidiaries in connection with the Separation, the Distribution and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
