Loan Servicing Rights definition

Loan Servicing Rights means and includes all of each Obligor's rights under any of its Loan Servicing Agreements, including the rights to service Serviced Mortgages and to be compensated, directly or indirectly, for doing so.

  • Servicing Rights means rights of any Person, to administer, service or subservice, the Purchased Assets or to possess related Servicing Records.
