Local Internet Registry definition

Local Internet Registry or “LIR” means a registry which is able to assign resources it obtains from an RIR. “NH Equipment” means any equipment owned, provided or operated by NH.

  • Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.

  • Registry means, in relation to a Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;

  • Rights Register shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 2.6(a);

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, or applied for by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company.

  • First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Note Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.
