Local Jurisdictions definition

Local Jurisdictions means those Governmental Authority jurisdictions in the state of New Mexico for which approval, consent or notice of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein is required.

Sec. 1911.

  • Covered Jurisdiction means the United States (or any state or commonwealth thereof or the District of Columbia).

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Authority and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.
