Two (2) copies of all postings shall be sent to the Local of the Union within the aforementioned seven (7) calendar days.
The Employer agrees to give one (1) month notice to the affected Employee and the Local of the Union when an Employee on sick leave without pay or Long Term Disability is to be reassessed by the Employer or Long Term Disability.

There shall be established a Vancouver Island Committee composed of four (4) representatives from the Vancouver Island Local of the Union and one (1) representative from the Union (ILWU - Canada), on the one hand, and a similar number of representatives from the Association, on the other.
Employees shall, as a condition of employment, authorize the Employer to deduct from their wages initiation fees, monthly dues, and assessments as determined by the appropriate Local of the Union.
