Lodging Date means the date on which this Consent Decree is lodged with the Court.

Examples of Lodging Date in a sentence

  • Within sixty (60) Days after the Lodging Date of this Consent Decree, the MDNR and Defendants each shall submit to the other three candidates for Consultant to the Special Master.

  • Within ten (10) Days of the Lodging Date, Defendants shall submit to Plaintiffs for review and comment a SWSAP for the CWA Facilities.

  • Within ten (10) Days of the Lodging Date, Defendants shall notify Plaintiffs of the laboratories selected by Defendants.

  • Within thirty (30) Days after the Lodging Date, Doe Run shall prepare and submit to EPA and MDNR for review and comment a Master Underground Water Management Plan (“UWMP”).

  • The interest rate to be used commencing on the Lodging Date and for the first 180 days thereafter shall be 1.50%.

Related to Lodging Date

  • Lodging means living accommodations available to the employee for full-time occupancy which are adequate, decent, and sanitary according to usual and customary standards. Employees shall not be required to share a bed.

  • Date of Lodging means the date this Decree is filed for lodging with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

  • Occupation Date means the Completion Date or the date on which the Local Authority issues the Occupancy Certificate or the date that the Purchaser attends the Hand-over Inspection, whichever is the earlier;

  • Day means calendar day.
