Lodging Unit definition

Lodging Unit means a room or set of rooms located in a lodging house designed or intended to be used for sleeping and living accommodation, which:
Lodging Unit means a room provided for rent or hire, which is used or designed to be used as a sleeping accommodation and may contain bathroom facilities;
Lodging Unit means one or more rooms used for a victim of domestic violence including rooms used for sleep- ing or sitting.

Examples of Lodging Unit in a sentence

  • Lodging unit" means a rented room or group of rooms containing no cooking facilities, used for living purposes by a separate family or group of persons living together or by a person living alone, within the dwelling.

  • Lodging unit: a room or group of rooms in which sleeping accommodations are furnished for compensation and meals or other services may be furnished by the owner or operator to any individual not a family member.

Lodging Unit means one or more rooms within a building used or designed to be used for sleeping accommodations, each of which may contain cooking or washroom facilities, but not both.
