Logged Rectification Time definition

Logged Rectification Time means the time which is shown in the Helpdesk records maintained by Sub-hubco in accordance with the Service Level Specification as being the time when a Service Event was Rectified or Remedied, as the case may be[, or, in the event that a failure affecting the Helpdesk occurs, as shown on the manual Helpdesk records maintained by Sub-hubco];
Logged Rectification Time means the time which is shown in the Helpdesk records maintained by the Contractor in accordance with the Services Specification as being the time of rectification of a failure to provide Services in accordance with the Availability Standards or Performance Standards for which there is a logged rectification time or in the event that a failure affecting the Helpdesk occurs as shown on the manual Helpdesk records maintained by the Contractor;
Logged Rectification Time as defined in Part 1 of Section A of Schedule Part 7 (Payment Mechanism);

  • The Helpdesk shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable after such notification by the Contractor, notify the Authority‟s Representative and, where reasonably practicable, the Authority‟s Local Representative that the relevant Unavailability has been remedied and this shall constitute the Logged Rectification Time in relation to such Unavailability.

  • Subject to the proviso set out in the definition of Logged Rectification Time and Paragraph 10.6.2, Unavailability shall cease upon receipt by the School Representative of notice of rectification of the Unavailability from the Helpdesk in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 10.5, above.

Related to Logged Rectification Time

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.

Section 6.6 of the Equity Definitions shall not apply to any Valuation Date occurring in respect of an Expiration Date.
