Services Specification. 4.1 The Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer are those detailed in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 If the Customer wishes to vary any of the Services provided the written consent of the Supplier must be obtained. The Supplier must be informed in writing within [Insert number of days, e.g. 14 days] days of acceptance of the Order of any changes, alterations, reductions or cancellations.
4.3 The Supplier reserves the right to make additional charges for any agreed written variation to Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Any descriptions, promotional material, drawings or sketches provided by the Supplier or third parties are for illustrative purposes only and to provide an outline of what will be provided, unless agreed in writing between the parties.
4.5 The Supplier will begin delivering the Services at the time and date specified in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions. The Supplier reserves the right to vary the time and date, and shall inform the Customer of any variation.
4.6 The start date for delivery of the Services is an estimate only and is not guaranteed by the Supplier. The start date shall not be of the essence in this Agreement.
4.7 The Supplier shall not be liable for any costs; damages or losses caused either directly or indirectly by any delay in delivering the Services to the Customer.
Services Specification. Herts Valleys CCG and the Pharmacy have agreed a Services Specification, setting out the requirements and specifications of the services which it has to provide and deliver, including a description of what work is to be done, dates by which it is to be started and finished attached to Schedule 1. Hertfordshire Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC), acting on behalf of Herts Valleys CCG, shall pay the Provider within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of a dispute in relation to any aspect of an invoice, Hertfordshire LPC shall notify the Pharmacy within 15 days of the invoice date and pay the Provider all undisputed sums in accordance with the preceding clause. Any disputed sums subsequently found to be due shall be paid within 28 days of such finding or as otherwise agreed between the parties. Interest shall not be payable on any disputed sum until it has become overdue in accordance with the preceding clause.
Services Specification. The Functional Requirements for the Services to be performed by the Service Provider pursuant to this Call-Off Contract are set out in to Schedule 3 Products and Services of the Framework Contract.
Services Specification. CGL and the Pharmacy have agreed a Services Specification, setting out the requirements and specifications of the services which it has to provide and deliver, including a description of what work is to be done, dates by which it is to be started and finished attached to Schedule 1.

Services Specification. The EnterpriseAlumni platform is “all-in” (all inclusive) including the following items delivered as part of the Services:
Services Specification. The Supplier must supply to the Recipient under this Agreement goods, whether in the nature of equipment, inventory or materials, services or mixed goods and services comprising the Supply Services, including:
(a) (initial equipment): the Supply Deliverables;
(b) (modified equipment): any Modified Deliverables;
(c) (support services): the Specified Services; and
(d) (variations): goods or services to be supplied at any future time in compliance with any Supply Variation or other provision of this Agreement.
Services Specification. The Supplier shall act as an ‘HRi Expert’, as set out in this Schedule 1, and subject to and in accordance with the Conditions. An HRi expert or professional specialist means a person who has an in-depth knowledge of, and is acknowledged as an authority by professional peers in a professional discipline, field of work or a range of disciplines or fields. HRi work with Experts that can lead webinars, workshops and other events to upskill our independent HR members to grow their practices. Our experts may come from the HR & People community or work in business or professional services.
Services Specification the specification for the relevant Services (which are the subject of the Set-up Services) as set out in the applicable Statement of Work. Set-up Services: the due diligence, configuration and related work referred to in clause 5 and as may be further specified in the applicable Statement of Work, to be performed by the Supplier to set up the Services. SoW Charges: the sums payable for the Services as set out in a Statement of Work.
