Long Distance Telephony Services has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.

Long Distance Telephony Services means (other than as provided in Sections I and V of this Schedule 1) (a) wireline inter-LATA service to residences in the Territory, except for that subject to local exchange carrier inter-LATA waivers or (b) 75 Mile Plus Calls to residences in the Territory, but in each case excluding any of such services that are also Advanced Data Services or services described in clauses (2) or (3) of the definition of Excluded Business in Section VI below.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
