Longest Path definition

Longest Path means the sequence of directly related activities that comprise the longest continuous chain of activities from the start of the first activity to the finish of the last activity. The activities represent critical path plus Float plus historical Weather Days. Each activity in the Longest Path is critical and directly related in that it prevents its successor from being scheduled earlier than it is.
