LONZA Facility definition

LONZA Facility means the facility owned and operated by LONZA at Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 0, 0000 Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx or such other facility designated by LONZA and owned and operated by an Affiliate of LONZA.

LONZA Facility or "Facility" means (a) Lonza's facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, at which Lonza performs the Services hereunder (the "Original Portsmouth Facility"), or (b) such other facility or facilities of Lonza at which the Product is manufactured and the Services are performed, as the context requires, provided, however, that Lonza's manufacture of the Product and performance of Services may not be transferred from the Original Portsmouth Facility to any other Lonza Facility or from one Facility to another Facility without the prior written approval of Trubion in each case.

Examples of LONZA Facility in a sentence

  • LONZA shall be solely responsible for all scheduling related to the LONZA Facility and for the operation of such facility.

  • Any deliveries made pursuant to Section 18.4 shall be made FCA the LONZA Facility.

  • All PROTEON personnel visiting or having access to the LONZA Facility shall agree in writing to abide by LONZA standard policies, operating procedures and security procedures as established by LONZA and communicated to PROTEON.

  • All Drug Substance manufactured for PROTEON hereunder shall be manufactured by LONZA at a LONZA Facility.

  • Subject to the successful completion of the development of the Manufacturing Process at the LONZA Facility as defined in the Project Plan, PROTEON retains LONZA as a manufacturer of Drug Substance.

  • LONZA will deliver each Clinical Batch [*] (as defined in Incoterms 2000) the LONZA Facility to the Designated Carrier in accordance with the Shipping Guidelines.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.
