Loral Transponders the three (3) 30 XXx 000 Xxxx Ku-Band full hemisphere transponders on Satmex 5, specifically Kx-00, Xx-00 and Ku-23, and the two (2) 36 MHz 132 Watt Ku-Band full hemisphere transponders and two (2) 30 XXx X-Xxxx transponders on Satmex 6, specifically Ku-16 and Ku-18 and C-15 and C-17.
Loral Transponders shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2.2 hereof.
Loral Transponders means the satellite transponders subject to the Lxxxx Xxxxx.

Loral Transponders means the three (3) 36 MHz 132 Watt Ku-Band full hemisphere transponders on Satmex 5, specifically Ku-15, Ku-21 and Ku-23, and the two (2) 36 MHz 250 Watt Ku-Band switchable North America/hemispheric transponders and two (2) 36 MHz C-Band C-3 hemispheric transponders on Satmex 6, specifically Ku-16 and Ku-18 and C-15 and C-17.
Loral Transponders means: (i) for Satmex 5, those transponders nominally designated 15K, 21K and 23K (36 MHz /132 Xxxxx /Ku-band); and (ii) for Satmex 6, those transponders nominally designated 21C y 23C (36 MHz /47 Xxxxx /C-band) and 16K and 18K (36 MHz /2x 125 Xxxxx / Ku-band).
Loral Transponders means those transponders that are the subject of (i) that certain Agreement Concerning the Lease of Transponders, dated June 14, 2005, between the Company and LSC (as assignee of Loral Skynet, a division of Loral SpaceCom Corporation), as amended and (ii) that certain Agreement Concerning the Lease of Transponders, dated June 14, 2005, between the Company and SS/L (as assignee of Loral Space & Communications Holdings Corporation), as amended.
