Examples of Lost Note in a sentence
A Seller may cure an exception based on absence of a Mortgage Note for a Loan by delivering an executed copy of an Affidavit of Lost Note in the form attached as Annex I to Exhibit D hereto to the Trustee.
If any of the original Mortgage Notes for which a Lost Note Affidavit was delivered to the Trustee is subsequently located, such original Mortgage Note shall be delivered to the Trustee within three Business Days.
Upon receipt by the Trustee of the Mortgage Note with respect to a Designated Loan that is not defective in accordance with the fifth sentence of the preceding paragraph, the related Lost Note Affidavit delivered pursuant to Section 2.01 shall be void and the Trustee shall return it to the Company.

If any original Mortgage Note referred to in Section 2.01(A)(i) or 2.01(C)(i) above cannot be located, the obligations of the Depositor to deliver such documents shall be deemed to be satisfied upon delivery to the Trustee of a photocopy of such Mortgage Note, if available, with a Lost Note Affidavit.
