The Issuer shall have made or caused to be made all filings with the Louisiana Filing Officer pursuant to the Financing Order and the Securitization Act and all other filings necessary to perfect the Grant of the Trust Estate to the Indenture Trustee and the Lien of this Indenture and the Series Supplement, including UCC financing statements in Louisiana.
Hearing Officer means any individual or board charged with the duty of rendering decisions at any stage on grievances hereunder.
Controlling Officer means an officer entrusted by a Department of the Central Government with the responsibility of controlling the incurring of expenditure and/or the collection of revenue. The term

The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the Borough Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
