Lowering system definition

Lowering system means any manual or mechanical equipment capable of lowering a jumper to the designated landing area.
Lowering system means the lowering system is a combination of components that connects the jumper through the bungee cord to an attachment point on the structure. The system includes, but is not limited to, ropes, cables, pulleys, carabineers, shackles, and lowering equipment.
