Loyalty Rewards definition

Loyalty Rewards loyalty program points, coupons, rewards or other incentives issued by a Third Party Supplier that can be redeemed for goods, services or other rewards issued by the Third Party Supplier and are subject to the Third Party Supplier’s terms and conditions.
Loyalty Rewards means a discount applied to a Licence Holder that is part of a marketing chain and operates as a member of the chain. Where every member of that marketing chain holds a Licence with Qualmark, Qualmark may provide the individual Licence Holders with the Loyalty Rewards. The amount of the discount is to be advised by Qualmark and may not be transferred between Licence Holders. Loyalty Rewards are only applicable to Licence Holders who have been a Licence Holder for a continuous period of three years.

Examples of Loyalty Rewards in a sentence

  • OCBC$ under the OCBC Rewards Programme, Robinsons$ under the Robinsons Rewards Programme, NTUC Linkpoints under the NTUC Loyalty Rewards Programme and any other loyalty or reward points under any other loyalty or reward programmes will not be awarded for Balance Transfers.

  • Any such loyalty program is specific to the issuing Third Party Supplier and the Third Party Supplier is solely responsible for all aspects of the loyalty program including any associated Loyalty Rewards.

  • We may also provide MobiCash Loyalty to you from time to time, subject to these Terms and/or other terms specific to the promotion and Loyalty Rewards in question.

  • We may become an issuer of any Payment Method, Offer, or Loyalty Rewards.

  • Loyalty Rewards Program I Customers receive unlimited local calling and all local vertical features such as Caller ID, Call Waiting and Call Forwarding.

Related to Loyalty Rewards

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.

  • Rewards means any Merchandise Reward, Travel Reward, Gift Card Reward or Account Credit Reward that is available in this Program; and

  • Sales Force means employees of Participating Affiliates whose primary employment responsibilities involve selling the products manufactured by Participating Affiliates.

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Clinic means a health facility providing health care services to individuals associated with a college or university.

  • Pharmacy care means medications prescribed by a licensed physician and any health-related services considered medically necessary to determine the need or effectiveness of the medications.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.

  • Patients means both Public Patients and the Private Patients (referred by private doctors/private hospitals);

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
