LP Advisory Committee definition

LP Advisory Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).
LP Advisory Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(a) (Appointment and Replacement of Members.).

Examples of LP Advisory Committee in a sentence

  • The chair (the “Chair”) of all meetings will be chosen by the General Partner unless the LP Advisory Committee chooses some other Person who will be present at such meeting to be Chair.

  • In these circumstances, a priority of allocation of investment opportunities among Prior Funds and the Fund should be considered, and whether the LP Advisory Committee should be involved in approving the allocation of investment opportunities among multiple funds.

  • The General Partner shall apply valuation methodologies consistent with the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines endorsed by the Canadian Venture Capital Association from time to time and shall consult with the LP Advisory Committee regarding its valuation methodology in connection with (i) each investment in Portfolio Assets and (ii) the preparation of the Partnership’s financial statements and reports required under Section 12.4(e).

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
