LPSC Regulations definition

LPSC Regulations means any regulations, rules, orders or directives promulgated, issued or adopted by the LPSC.

  • Prior to each Daily Remittance, the Servicer may invest SRC Collections received at its own risk and (except as required by applicable LPSC Regulations) for its own benefit.

  • The Servicer shall not take any action that is not authorized by this Agreement, that would contravene the Louisiana Constitution and Revised Statutes, the LPSC Regulations or the Financing Order, that is not consistent with its customary procedures and practices, or that shall impair the rights of the Issuer in the Investment Recovery Property, in each case unless such action is required by applicable law or court or regulatory order.

  • The Servicer shall immediately upon learning thereof notify the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies in writing of any Requirements of Law or LPSC Regulations hereafter promulgated that have a material adverse effect on the Servicer’s ability to perform its duties under this Agreement.

  • The Servicer shall (a) obtain a calculation of each Customer’s usage and demand (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates determined in accordance with applicable LPSC Regulations) and (b) determine therefrom each Customer’s individual Investment Recovery Charges to be included on Bills issued by it to such Customer.

  • Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, the duties of the Servicer set forth in this Agreement shall be qualified in their entirety by any LPSC Regulations, the Financing Order, and the federal securities laws and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, including without limitation, Regulation AB, as in effect at the time such duties are to be performed.

  • At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall seek to acquire usage measurements for each Customer, either directly or if applicable, from the Applicable MDMA; but the Servicer may estimate any Customer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable LPSC Regulations.

  • Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;

  • Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations annexed to, or regarded as being annexed to, the most recent International Telecommunication Convention which may be in force at any time.

  • Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

  • EU Regulation means a regulation within the meaning of Article 288 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

  • TRADES Regulations means the regulations of the United States Department of the Treasury, published at 31 C.F.R. Part 357, as amended from time to time. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms defined in the TRADES Regulations are used herein as therein defined.
