MA Agreement means the Medicare Advantage Agreement between the MA Health Plan and CMS to provide Medicare Part C and other health plan services to the MA Health Plan’s members. Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (“MAPD”) Plan means the CMS approved Medicare Advantage plan sponsored, issued, or administered by the MA Health Plan as defined at 42 CFR § 423.4 and includes, but is not limited to, Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans as defined in the Medicare Advantage Regulations.

  • Coinsurance amounts must comply with the terms of the MA Agreement.
