MA USPCC FFS Projections for a given Performance Year, as calculated in accordance with section 9.b.i.2.

Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.

  • Initial Engineering Report means the engineering report concerning Oil and Gas Properties of Loan Parties dated as of June 30, 2006 prepared by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates and XxXxxxxx & XxxXxxxxxxx.
