MACRO Licensing Agreement definition

MACRO Licensing Agreement means the licensing agreement, dated as of the date hereof, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, among MacroMarkets LLC, the Up-MACRO Holding Trust, the Down-MACRO Holding Trust, the Up-MACRO Tradeable Trust and the Down-MACRO Tradeable Trust, pursuant to which MacroMarkets LLC shall license its patented MACROs technology to each of the MACRO Trusts.
