Examples of MacroShares Unit in a sentence

  • Each Authorized Participant shall be responsible for the payment of any transfer tax, sales or use tax, stamp tax, recording tax, value added tax and any other similar tax or government charge applicable to the creation or redemption of any MacroShares Unit made pursuant to these Standard Terms, regardless of whether or not such tax or charge is imposed directly on each Authorized Participant.

  • In accordance with these Standard Terms, the applicable Trustee, acting together with the Administrative Agent on behalf of the applicable Paired Trusts, may create and redeem the applicable Paired MacroShares in units of 50,000 Up MacroShares and 50,000 Down MacroShares (each such unit, a "MacroShares Unit") at the instructions of the applicable Authorized Participant and in accordance with the Applicable Procedures (as defined herein).

  • In accordance with this Participants Agreement, the applicable Trustee, acting together with the Administrative Agent on behalf of the applicable Paired Trusts, may create or redeem the applicable Paired MacroShares in units of 50,000 Up MacroShares and 50,000 Down MacroShares (each such unit, a "MacroShares Unit") at the instructions of the applicable Authorized Participant and in accordance with the applicable procedures set forth herein.

  • Each Authorized Participant shall be responsible for the payment of any transfer tax, sales or use tax, stamp tax, recording tax, value added tax and any other similar tax or government charge applicable to the creation or redemption of any MacroShares Unit made pursuant to this Participants Agreement, regardless of whether or not such tax or charge is imposed directly on each Authorized Participant.

  • With the washout of the Miller River bridge west of the Town in 2011, there are only two remaining physical roadway connections to Skykomish, 5th Street and the Old Cascade Highway connection to US 2 located 1.25 miles east of Town, outside of the Town limits.

Related to MacroShares Unit

  • Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;

  • Unit Share means a Common Share comprising part of each Unit;

  • Common Share Equivalent shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Number of Option Shares means shares of Stock, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 9.

  • Company Series B Preferred Stock means the Series B Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Shares means the interests of Shareholders corresponding to the redeemable securities of record issued by the Fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that are held by the Intermediary.

  • Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Company Series A Preferred Stock means the Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Series C Preferred Shares means the Company’s series C preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.
