Examples of MacroShares Unit in a sentence

  • Each Authorized Participant acknowledges and agrees on behalf of itself and any party for which it is acting (whether such party is a customer or otherwise) that each order to create a MacroShares Unit (a "Creation Order") may not be revoked by such Authorized Participant after the placement and acceptance of such Creation Order with the Administrative Agent.

  • Each Authorized Participant shall be responsible for the payment of any transfer tax, sales or use tax, stamp tax, recording tax, value added tax and any other similar tax or government charge applicable to the creation or redemption of any MacroShares Unit made pursuant to these Standard Terms, regardless of whether or not such tax or charge is imposed directly on each Authorized Participant.
