Mainline Facilities definition

Mainline Facilities means (a) approximately 300 miles of pipeline having a capacity of approximately 2.0 Bcf/day and expected to be 42 inches in diameter and certain compression facilities, as described in the FERC Certificate for such facilities, if and as amended from time to time, together with any upgrades thereto, extending from the tailgate of the MarkWest Xxxxxx plant in Smithfield, West Virginia to Transco Station 165 near Chatham, Virginia; (b) constructing or installing any pipeline that would loop (as such term is commonly used in the natural gas pipeline industry) the facilities described in clause (a) above; (c) installing or upgrading any compression with respect to the facilities described in clause (a) above; and (d) increasing the transportation capacity of the facilities described in clause (a) above through the installation of greater capacity pipe, looping, or similar improvements.
Mainline Facilities. The term "Mainline Facilities" shall mean the 36-inch and 42-inch mains and appurtenant facilities extending from the interconnection with the pipeline facilities of Alberta Natural Gas Company and Foothills Pipe Lines (South B.C.) Ltd., near Kingsgate, British Columbia to the interconnection with the pipeline facilities of Pacific Gas and Electric Company near Malin, Oregon.
Mainline Facilities means facilities on Kern River's main pipeline system and appurtenant facilities to such Mainline Facilities.

  • The Carrier is not obligated to transport Crude Oil until it has received for the account of one or more Shippers, for delivery to a single destination (including any delivery point on the Mainline Facilities) in a common batch, a quantity aggregating not less than 3,975 cubic meters of the same quantity of Crude Oil within a two (2) month period or of different qualities to be commingled, provided that the Shippers and Carrier agree to said commingling.

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:
