Maintenance and Service. , if applicable, means inspection, testing and adjustment of the Installation to confirm satisfactory operation or to identify any faulty items or processes to the Customer.

  • The continuing payment for monitoring and verification services and any operating services described in Attachment 2 - Maintenance and Service Agreement shall be a condition for the continuing effectiveness of the Performance Guarantee.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
