Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions. The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:
(a) except policies in evidence of insurance required under Section 11.02(b), name or be endorsed to cover NYSERDA, the State of New York and the Contractor as additional insureds;
(b) provide that such policy may not be cancelled or modified until at least 30 days after receipt by NYSERDA of written notice thereof; and
(c) be reasonably satisfactory to NYSERDA in all other respects.
Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions. No work shall be performed under this Agreement without current insurance. NYSERDA will not make payments under this Agreement without current insurance certificates. c. be reasonably satisfactory to NYSERDA in all other respects.

The Contractor, at no additional cost to the NY Green Bank, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:
(a) name or be endorsed to cover NYSERDA, NY Green Bank, the State of New York and the Contractor as additional insureds;
(b) provide that such policy may not be cancelled or modified until at least 30 days after receipt by the NY Green Bank of written notice thereof; and
(c) be reasonably satisfactory to the NY Green Bank in all other respects.

The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. (b) provide that such policy may not be cancelled or modified until at least 30 days after receipt by NYSERDA of written notice thereof; and
(c) be reasonably satisfactory to NYSERDA in all other respects.

The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to the Consortium, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:
(a) except policies in evidence of insurance required under Section 11.02(b), name or be endorsed to cover the Consortium, the State of New York, [Maryland] and the Contractor as additional insureds;
(b) provide that such policy may not be cancelled or modified until at least 30 days after receipt by the Consortium of written notice thereof;
(c) be written with insuring company(ies) with AM Best financial strength ratings of “A-” or higher and financial size categories of “VII” or greater. The commercial general liability, cybersecurity, workers compensation, employer’s liability, and umbrella/excess liability policies shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the other party where allowed by law. All coverage shall be primary and non-contributory to any other insurance available to Consortium. Contractor and any subcontractors shall provide certificates of insurance evidencing the insurance required prior to commencing any work; and

The Grant Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section 12.02 of this Exhibit B; provided however that Grant Recipient shall only be obligated to obtain insurance covering Grant Recipient and its employees.
