Major Asset definition

Major Asset means an Asset being used for the Project which is not a Fixed Asset but has a value as at the date of this Funding Agreement (or date of acquisition if the acquisition is funded (in whole or in part) by this Grant) of at least £5,000.00 (five thousand pounds).

Major Asset means an Asset being used for the Funded Activities which is not a Fixed Asset but has a value as at the date of this funding Agreement of at least £10,000. Milestone means the milestones set out in Annex 3 of this Grant Funding Agreement;
