Examples of Major Event Review in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that the 2019-20 bushfires constitute a Major Event for the purposes of this Major Event Review conducted pursuant to each of the Victorian RFAs and in respect of each of the RFA Regions in Victoria.

  • In undertaking this Major Event Review, the Parties agree that they are jointly responsible for the terms of the Review and will ensure effective coordination within and between the Parties.

  • The Parties agree that, as per requirements of the Victorian RFAs, the Major Event Review will assess the impacts of the 2019-20 bushfires on: operation of the RFAs ESFM; the CAR reserve system; the effective management and protection of MNES; Harvest Level; or the long term stability of Forests and Forest Industries.

  • The Australian Government and Victorian Government (the Parties) have jointly agreed to undertake a Major Event Review (Review) to assess the impacts of the 2019‑20 bushfires (Major Event) pursuant to each of the five RFAs in Victoria (Victorian RFAs).

  • Additional requests by the Panel relating to data and information, expert advice, consultation, or other matters the Panel considers are required for the Major Event Review, and related funding, will be considered by the Parties on a case-by-case basis.

  • For the purposes of clause 32B(c), the Parties agree that they will share equally the costs associated with activities that the Parties agree are required to be undertaken for each Major Event Review, and that such activities will be set out in a Scoping Agreement prepared in accordance with clause 32D of this Agreement.

  • Where possible, communication about the Major Event Review will be made through joint statements by the Parties.

Related to Major Event Review

  • Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member States. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.

  • Event Determination Date means either:

  • Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.

  • Major Decision Reporting Package With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Benchmark Review means a review of the Services carried out in accordance with paragraphs 2.1 to 2.3 of Schedule 7 (Value for Money) of this Framework Agreement to determine whether those Services represent Good Value;

  • Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.

  • Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;

  • Major Change means any event or proposed modification that, in the opinion of the Fund, will involve a major change in, or a restructuring of, a Funded Activity’s scope, structure, design or objectives, including a reallocation of GCF Proceeds beyond the threshold set out in the relevant FAA affecting the Funded Activity’s scope or objectives, or any other change that substantially alters the purpose or benefit of the Funded Activity, in each case, as may be described in detail in the relevant FAA;

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.

  • Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Permit revision means any permit modification or administrative permit amendment.

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Servicer Termination Events (or any analogous term under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement) include customary market termination events with respect to failure to make advances, failure to timely remit payments to the Non-Lead Note Holders as required hereunder or under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement (subject to no more than one business day grace period), failure to timely deposit amounts into any REO Account or to remit to a Servicer for deposit into a related collection or custodial account, failure to deliver (or cause to be delivered) materials or information required in order for each Non-Lead Note Holder or each Non-Lead Depositor to timely comply with its obligations under the Exchange Act, the Securities Act and Form SF-3, and for rating agency downgrades or other triggers with respect to any certificates issued in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization, subject to customary grace periods (provided that, in the case of failures related to the securities laws, such grace periods will not cause a Non-Lead Depositor to fail to comply with the applicable provisions of such securities laws).
