Major Maintenance Expenditures definition

Major Maintenance Expenditures means the charges for all non-routine, non-repetitive activities, repair or replacement of machinery or equipment required for the continuity of operations, safety, and operating performance of the Facilities that are necessary to prevent or correct a failure of any component of the equipment which is not included as part of Routine Maintenance including labour charges, together with the Service Fee or fixed fee basis.
Major Maintenance Expenditures is defined in Paragraph 4.6(a) of this Agreement. “MECP” means the (Ontario) Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. “MOL” means the (Ontario) Ministry of Labour.
